- "I just wanted to let you know that I purchased your performance blend flour
at my local health food store. I took you at your word, and used it cup for
cup in 2 of my "old" recipes. I made 6 fruitcakes using your flour, and
they were outstanding. My husband, who is the fruitcake afficionado in our
family, pronounced them as good as the ones I used to bake with wheat.
Thank you for giving me a taste of "normal" after a diagnosis of celiac
disease. It is nice to be able to bake something, without having to convert
a recipe. It takes the worry out of baking for me!

- "I like the premium pasta-My boyfriend and I both like it. He does not need to be on a gluten free diet. But we were taking about the protein in the pasta. RJ was telling me that a few years back while he was working out hard in the gym, He and his friends would look high and low for high protein pasta. This would be great to be advertised in or around fitness places."
